We ship directly from our supplier’s fulfillment center, so delivery takes longer than a local retailer — but we show you the real number for your country before you pay, not a generic estimate.

These figures come directly from our supplier’s real shipping calculator for the exact product/route, not a generic placeholder. Delays outside our control (customs, courier disruption) can occasionally push delivery beyond this window.
Countries not listed above
If your country isn’t listed — including the EU and UK — we’re not able to sell to you yet. This is a tax-compliance gap on our side (VAT registration requirements), not a shipping limitation; our supplier can often ship to these places, we just haven’t completed the registration needed to sell there legally. We’ll update this page if that changes.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Customs & import duties
For the countries we currently ship to, our supplier’s calculations account for standard handling. If your country charges import duty or tax on parcels above a certain value, that would be separate from what you pay us — we’ll update this page if we identify a real risk of that for any specific destination.
