These Terms & Conditions govern any purchase made through the KimchiBoy store at thekimchiboy.com (“we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who you’re buying from

KimchiBoy is operated by Emilio as an individual, based in Switzerland. This is a small, independently-run store — not a large retailer with a dedicated legal/support department. See our Legal Notice for contact details.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices on this site are listed and charged in Swiss Francs (CHF), regardless of your delivery country. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed, and to decline or cancel an order if something looks wrong (e.g. a pricing glitch, suspected fraud, or a destination we don’t actually serve).

3. Where we ship

We currently ship only to the countries listed at checkout and on the product page. If your country isn’t listed, we’re not yet able to sell to you — usually because of a tax/compliance requirement (like EU/UK VAT registration) we haven’t completed yet, not a technical limitation. See our Shipping Policy for real, per-country delivery estimates.

4. Fulfillment

Products are shipped directly from our supplier’s fulfillment center, not from a local warehouse. This is why delivery times are longer than a same-country retailer — the real estimate for your country is shown before you buy, not hidden until after checkout.

5. Returns, refunds and defects

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for their ordinary described use. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Since we currently only sell to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy (not the EU or UK), EU/UK consumer-rights regimes and online dispute resolution platforms do not apply to these sales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
